Dell Outlet - save 15% - 30% on refurb PCs, laptops, monitors

I bought the $400 card and used 3x $100 ones from my Discover cashback - when checking out, I could only use a single gift card, but was able to combine them at http://buygconline.com/consolidation (found the link in my Discover gift cards terms and conditions). The $75 one would not combine because it was a promo card and I was unable to use it, so I don't know that you can use the 2x $75.

Tried Dell chat to get them to apply the $75 after I'd ordered, but was directed to call a sales specialist instead. So good luck if you choose to go that way.

Has anyone had luck using the $400 gift card and the $75 one together on one pc at the Outlet?

After talking to Dell customer service, I decide no to buy it.

I chat with one representative online and suddenly I lost connection and never get access to the online chatting , so I made the call, they keep transferring me from one line to another. And I still cant solve the two gift cards problem. That's really frustrating, what was worse,the gift card cant be returned once been received. I HAVE TO buy it!

And the outlet department will not be available until tomorrow. And the coupon will be expired tmr!!

According to the page that has the coupons on it [dell.com], this is the "Black Friday/Cyber Monday 4 Day Sale!" and "Offers expire 11/26 @ 11:59 p.m. CT," so you have until late Monday night.

I agree, it is irritating that Dell Outlet closed for Black Friday weekend. Their chat is misrouted to Dell Home (who know nothing about the outlet), and their phone system sends you in circles until it hangs up on you. Hopefully, Dell is better at building computers than they are at programming phone and chat software.

It's a real bargain.

I wish i never had the chance to use the programming phone any more.
