tcl has a better looking (thinner) front bezel, but almost twice as thick. I bought two of the tcl's and almost ordered this one too, but didn't.

$199 for a 40" LED TV 120Hz & 3 HDMI ports -are you kidding? I'm in for 1. It was a bit of a pain to get the order processed on their website. Took several attempts.

The reviews are decent. Sounds like people have issues, it's when they take the TV out of the box. I'm going to give it a shot in the kids room. If I'm not happy with it, it'll be the TV we've always wanted for our treadmill.

12/1/12 The TV has been running for 2 days and I'm very happy. No dead pixels, sound is average and the picture is very good for a TV at this price - $199. I highly recommend getting this TV if you can at a low price. I'll follow-up at a later date if needed.

I just checked out and it said $300 with $100 rebate. As soon as I accepted terms and bought it charged me $350 instead. WTF tigerdirect.
