For some odd reason, my VISA credit card won't work with paypal. I get this error at the top: "This card cannot be used for this transaction." Any ideas why? I checked my credit card balance and there should be enough there..

Target in store. I posted in the BF thread, but it was buried. My Target did not have the sale marked. I went there an hour or two after they opened and asked when it would go live. They told me it was live, just no tag. I bought 20 cards
Sad part is the all the $12 three month cards next to them were cleaned out.
All those people waiting in line never thought to ask and didn't buy a single half price 1600 pt card. I only bought about half of their stock. Bet they still have some hanging on the shelf.
