What about 12 months for 49.99? Is that a good deal?

When I ordered it said delivery next business day. I talked to customer service as well, they said it will be delivered via email next business day so the payment can process....riiiiiiight. So I'm guessing since I bought yesterday morning, I won't get it until Monday, since it's next business day. Should have gone on Xbox Live. Makes sense for instant delivery, but I saw at least on mine it wouldn't be delivered until next bus. day.

Anybody get the codes yet? I bought 2 literally 24 hours ago.. NO CODES?? And I dont want to call because the other line will be some person from India and I cant understand them.

Question: What's the purpose of buying these in 3 month increments instead of just purchasing a year for 34.99 via ebay?

I'm going to purchase one for my nephew who is into games. I have an xbox 360 but can't be bothered with competing with people online but all the gamers I know seem to really be into it.smh

There is a limit of five per purchase. After five, the discount isn't applied. Needed 16 for four one year accounts. Worked out with four different orders!

The ebay deal through New Egg didn't last. I got an email from Pay Pal saying my purchase was refunded. Shortly afterward, I got an email from New Egg saying the 12 month subscriptions had sold out when I placed my order, even though there were 714 units left when I ordered.

So... to make up for the four I tried to get from there... I had to get 16 of these!

Still no code 24hours later.

This is nonsense. I didn't want to wait yesterday cuz I had no faith that Dell would email me the code and my weekend to play some halo 4 online would be wasted so I bought the same 3 month sub on microsoft's store for $10.99 and guess what.... I GOT THE CODE IN 30 MINUTES.

If you can cancel your Dell order, do so and just grab it from the MS store. The code is on your order confirmation. MS handles it like it was supposed to be handled.

I did just that. I went and canceled the order and went to buy the one from the Microsoft store and got the code immediately.

did the microsoft, on the next page that pops up when checkout is complete, the code appears... so simple, dell will most likely cancel these anyway.

Blah I don't think I can cancel my order :-/, guess I'm waiting..

Per earlier comments I don't think anyone sells the 1 month codes anymore. If you can find those, let me know because my buddy loves being a newbie every few weeks.

Ordered an online code that was to deliver in under 24 hrs. Came up as not shipping for a WEEK!!! Spent half an hour on support with a stated wait time of 2 minutes then got put on hold / mute for 5 minutes. Finally told they didn't have any and they couldn't cancel my order as that was another department. Another 30 minutes on hold and got to customer support. Told that they could not cancel the order either. Was argumentative and so I asked to a supervisor. Pathetic excuses claimed they could not cancel the order and I would have to wait. Cancelling with credit card company. Don't intend on dealing with Dell again. Just order from Microsoft, took 2 minutes and code came up immediately. Total cost 10.99.
