I just checked my status and it is cancelled! What the hell Dell...

And canceled... Lesson learned, dell=worthless

They delayed my order to the 3rd and sent no further communication. Now I login to my Dell account and they canceled the order. They didn't even notify me. I had to go looking to find out it was canceled. No more Dell.

Yep. They cancelled mine. I never even got a delay email. It was just cancelled.

Mine cancelled too, never was notified. I even replied immediately to the link they sent warning It would be cancelled if I didn't give them permission to extend the shipping date. Went through the whole official process to extend to the 6th and now this?? a day later!

I called and spoke to several online support reps and even had a manager call me. They kept saying "a few hours" or "a few days". The last manager I spoke to me assured I'd get it within 72 hours and they'd even refund my money "after it's sent". That was two days ago. Just checked the site and it still says "in production". We shall see.

Just a heads up. My order for 5 was cancelled around the 29th. If I didn't need them, I wouldn't bother, but I called them and told them to reorder it for the SAME price (which they at first refused and then I eventually got a rep to honor it). We shall see what will happen... By the way, their reasoning was that they "exceeded the maximum amount of redemptions for the promotion". Such utter bullshit. Dell is a bunch of wankers.

why fcuk with dell when you can just wait and get a 12 month live card for $35 every other week seems like on slickdeals from tigerdirect, buy.com or newegg. Ebay has buy it now from a reputable dealer for 47.95. Don't you get charged tax from dell on the 4 of the 3 month cards. I would avoid dell and wait for $35 deal or pickup the $48 deal if I have to have it.


Right now TD is the lowest at $44 + shipping. Ebay has it for $48 shipped.
