I went through all the same things as everyone else, so I wont go into it all. I could not view the tracking page today so I contacted them online through there support. Beats waiting and being on the phone for 2 hours like last time. Point is I just received the code's not even 5 min after I got off with them this time. Keep trying and good luck,and never order from dell again I wont!!!!!!
Mine was cancelled, but on Saturday, I got an email stating the code was in "My Locker". Sure enough, I followed the link, logged in, and there was my code. I plugged it into xbox.com and it worked no problem. As of today, the order still shows cancelled, and my Dell account has not been charged...
The last comment about not being charged, my account is not showing a charge either. Thought it was just me, and there way of reimbursement. Hope it stays that way and I get a free year, they did put me through some s___ for a couple of weeks. Good luck again to everyone else dealing with them!

This will be the LAST order I will ever be placing with Dell. I have been a customer of Dell's since 2005 and have purchased a lot of high priced computers from them over the years. This order may be *just* $10 but the way they have handled it sickens me - No communication about my cancelled order other than it was "delayed", No refund, and Horrible Customer Support. Just got off chat support with a agent. They keep me waiting around for 20 min asking me to please hold.
By the way, I have worked in customer service before and those "Please hold its taking me longer to look up yada yada" is a automatic message their chat program sends when they are slow to reply . Nevertheless, I always humor it and say "Thank you".
After 20 min I was told to: "I request you to contact the verification department at 1-866-383-4713. Their working hours are 8 AM to 8 PM CST, Mon to Fri and 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Sat and Sun." Which is BS. I gave them ALL my correct information. When I began to try to explain more about the situation, like how there is hordes of people online complaining that have not got their order either the agent just repeated about calling that number and brushed me off, in what I feel, was a rude and dismissive way.
Has anyone gotten this Xbox Live card issue sorted out yet. Did anyone get the card without contacting dell? Has anyone gotten a refund or received the order they placed by contacting Dell? If so, what method did you use to contact them?
I got mine yesterday. You can look at my earlier post ( couple before yours).
First I called(1:45min), waited 2 days because they cancelled with no notification . They reordered it, then the next day I couldn't track it ( at this point I didn't trust them), so I chatted online . They told they still hadnt received the new batch of codes. They said I would get them as soon as they were available. Literally 2 min after I closed the chat, they came in my inbox.
I feel for you, hope you and everyone else gets there codes. Like you. I will never buy from dell again.

Yep I hung on since it was a X-Mas gift and low and behold Santa Dell put it in my locker on 12/8 glad I did not call or cancel. "Thank you for ordering through Dell". Your items are now available in your MyLocker account.
