Was looking for a tree and found this tree on their website for $59. Though I couldn't add it to my bag, a local HD has 2 in stock for 179.99
Manager wouldn't price match because it was a black friday deal. I didn't know it was one until I found this thread. Black friday was a week ago, you would think HD would update their website. |

I saw one of these set up in store just before Black Friday. While the white/color switching feature was cool, I wasn't all that impressed by the tree itself. Branches were not full enough, lots of areas I could see right through.

well, if you missed it you didn't miss much. Mine stopped working on the night of the 23rd. Went to several HD's for a replacement on the 24th and obviously by then every tree, light, and wreath was sold out everywhere. I narrowed the problem down to the adapter plug not providing power. The lights use a weird 120V AC to 29V DC adapter plug so I couldn't even solder together a workaround with my impressive collection of various AC adapters. I guess the light at the end of the tunnel is I will be returning this over the weekend claiming I lost my receipt and instead of the $59 I paid on black Friday, they'll hopefully give me the $179 it's selling for now =T
