I did the same thing I and received an email stating: "We're sorry, but the items you ordered are not available for pickup at the XXXX XXXX Best Buy store.

Any idea of what our options are now? i.e. Do they cancel our orders? I've been on hold for 25 min trying to get through to cust. support.

About 30 minutes later I received another E-mail stating that it's not available at my store. I called Best buy support and was told that the application that they use to update the order to have it picked up at a different location is down. =__=

stuck out with 3 stores, can't add to cart now either

Quoted or ignorance. It displays text just fine. You have it set up wrong. It is glossy, but you get great black levels for it. A worthy tradeoff. Why do you need a remote for a monitor a arms distance away? Mine doesn't overheat or have screen blackouts.

It works just fine as a PC monitor. If you have problems, that's user error.

It's really a waste of your time, they won't do crap. Last month they cancelled 4 of my in store pickup orders. When I called customer support they created a ticket and said they'd be contacting me. A month later and no calls no emails. Each time I call they will ask for all the info and repeat the same story. This is one store that deserves its bankrupcy.

You must have never had a GOOD PC monitor. The ROI on this product is not worth it, especially if you buy the warranty.

I've used better monitors than you've ever known existed. Including the $30,000 monitor I had on my workstation. Show me a better monitor for $99.
