I got my 2 last night. Do i have the wrong bar codes? Theyre starting with E184 and theyre different from each other. Weird.

in the rebate it says to send in a copy of the receipt, but i didn't get a receipt in the package like i usually do form newegg
do i print the one from the site? and which ups code am i supposed to cut out from the box? |

Use the UPC on the side of the box, should match the "product purchased" listed on your rebate form. Starts with an 8, ends with an 8. |

I'm confused... on the rebate form, it says "AFFIX UPC CODE HERE" but in the instructions, it says "The UPC symbols must be taped to accompanying blank sheets. Do not staple the UPC codes to the registration form or leave the UPC codes loose in the envelope.
What do you guys suggest I do? Attach it to the box on the top right of the rebate form or to a separate blank sheet? |

Here's my rebate status:
"Your submission has been processed and your response has been mailed. You should receive it by February 17, 2013. If by this date you have not received your response, please contact us at 1-800-953-3098. Thank you." I'm not familiar with newegg rebates, does "response" mean they denied it? Or does that mean they mailed a check? Edit: I ended up getting my rebate card

I just received a letter that i had submitted an invalid UPC code for this, which is a complete lie. Good thing I scan every rebate document before I mail it. I emailed them and told them to get someone to fix this or they're getting a BBB complaint about fraudulent rebate offers.
Oh, and this thing was DOA. Since newegg charges you to send it back, I just threw it away. |

newegg customer service is telling me that one of the UPC codes I sent in isn't eligible for the rebate. The UPC code I mailed (and that I have a scan of) was cut from the box that newegg shipped me. So an item newegg sold and shipped, which they advertised with a rebate, was somehow ineligible for the rebate. newegg is blaming it on Tenda. F***ng BS.
Anyway, I bitched enough that they're giving me a $10 newegg GC, which is better than nothing. This is my last rebate from newegg. |
