Yeah I definitely came across that case and some of it's variants. That one seems to be popular because of it's price and space. It takes all standard components except the motherboard and has plenty of drive space.
I didn't go for it because of personal reasons. I don't particularly like the way it looks and it's got so many holes all over it that I couldn't imagine the case doing much for noise suppression.

It's extremely well laid out and has TONS of room, but it's not that small of a case considering it only takes micro ITX and it's also not that cheap.
Regardless of what you choose, you'll always have issues with routing wires because of the small form factor, but the reduced motherboard gives you so many options for smaller cases that makes it a lot of fun. You also don't end up with a frikin giant computer of yesteryears.
