I've contacted eBay and open a dispute. If everybody who purchases from this seller does the same, eBay will investigate and process our refund. I still wanted the camera, does not look like it gona happen.

They just seem to be slow, reading through their feedback.. it usually takes about 10-14 days to get the items.

Yes. Its still possible that seller is trying to ship this large sale. Their normal price (Relist price of same item on ebay is $ 683.82 ( LINK http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI....0825052255 ) not significantly higher that what was sold on sale.
This makes me to believe they might be still willing to complete the purchase, but don't know how or when.
On the other hand, $600 x 2000 is a large sum of $1,200,000 with a lot of potential for something to go wrong. So seems still all those who bought should wait and keep the fingers cross to see if things go fine. Alternatively, even if you complain to ebay, as said, ebay needs a significant time since end of sale is elapsed, before they can do anything including payback through paypal / BillmeLater protection. So try to be calm for at least few more days.

There are few people who seems to got the camera as per ebay feedback.

and they also paid for the shipping, ebay fees, paypal fees, and i think this was on the frontpage also... so the fees for that as well.

they wouldn't risk their highly profitable business already though, i dont think. they are selling these cameras like hotcakes.

Mine shipped out on Thursday, and it was originally scheduled for delivery on Friday (12/7), but it got pushed up a day to Thursday (12/6). I will update you guys and let you know once I get it! Don't do anything crazy yet, it might be legit!

This is to inform you guys that i received my camera today. Its in good packing. It was shipped by UPS. Yesterday i called them and asked that why i haven't even received the tracking number yet. They said its been shipped from warehouse already many days ago, but no tracking number was available as people form warehouse didn't update the tracking number.
So i opened an ebay case. And also posted negative feedback.
Today i got the camera. Soon after that i got a call from them that have i received the camera or not yet. So i told yes. And they apologized for this and said that i would be getting $20 in paypal because of this delay. And also they asked me to change my feedback to positive.
So i guess they are legit. They also said this delay occurred due to storm and also because of more order numbers.

I am happy now as at least i got my camera and got $20 in paypal too.

I hope you all get your camera too. Just wait for sometime.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaamn!!!!!!! Took long enough, but finally an update! I just bought a new camera bag from Fry's last night and was thinking I'd have to return it.

Yes, It contained camera, lens, battery, charger, hanging strap, manuals, CD's and connecting cables.. all in sealed packing.

Was there a legit warranty card? Also, my shipping status has been updated to arrive by Monday by the end of the day!

Does not have the USA warranty card

I got my camera today! Everything is great. Good packaging, has all the items in the box. It is NOT a recalled camera!
