I just feel rebate to California is not very reliable except 4myrebate, I'll pass this one

The SIIG is USB2. I'd pass on that since it's much slower and they go for $5 or so on ebay.

If you add in the FAR $5 USB wifi adapter, it will reduce total shipping to $1! (or free?!)

They do pay. You just have to be persistent. I got my MIR from their last FAR item... the Bytecc HDMI Switch from Fry's 2012 Anniversary Sale.

Also Fry's has a special department for dealing with merchant's who don't pay rebates. They'll dock their vendor account and send you a check for the amount owed.

Last time I sent in the Bytecc Rebate (for the 2nd time) on 06-23-12 and received it back on 09-20-12.

They gave an incorrect business address on the last rebate form. This one has the right mailing address.
