Fwiw, matches a model posted yesterday at same price after rebate from tigerdirect. Noted in the thread was that the reviews were bad on amazon.

read the reviews before you pull the trigger. This TV has a black screen of death symptom.
I joined slickdeals to save money but on the contrary, I spend money on things I don't even need and eventually end up in Goodwill or the trash.

Just like there is more than just MEGAPIXELS to cameras......there is more than just LED's, p's, and Hz's to tv's.

FWIW (which might not be much) I bought a 40" Westinghouse LED TV at Costco recently and its pretty bad. Light leaks around the side, poor shadow detail, annoying posterization in the shadows. If you're not using the remote, the simple power and volume buttons on the front barely work.

I have a smaller 32" westinghouse, it's a few years old but I wouldn't recommend it. It won't correctly change inputs with my new receiver and takes forever to "auto detect" or switch inputs. The audio is terrible but the picture is OKAY. We have 2 of them and one has colored lines on it. Just a warning. Cheap TV is cheap. I'm personally moving to Samsung/LG TVs when I can.

I bought this TV from Walmart for $429 a few months ago. The sound leaves a little to be desired but we've had no problems with it. Really thin design and a great clear picture. I'd recommend it for this price.
