The magazine is included with your purchase. If you check the box that you do not want the magazine, you can send in the rebate form and get the $19.95 refunded to you. I've done this in the past and always received a check. Hope that helps. |

I just noticed the magazine deal with the Dearfoams slippers, but I didn't look at many others. If you look around you may find more. The rebate was dark until I saved it as a PDF. You should see the link to the rebate with all the details on the page after you add the slippers to your cart. Try printing it from there since mine looks so light now. |

Same offer showed up with these mens's slippers, which would be FAR.

Now we just need a better copy of that rebate...both my PDF and printed copy right from their website is very lightly colored and basically useless.

I remember a magazine rebate offer like this earlier this year.... can't remember what store
was offering it... but I also don't recall receiving the rebate later... anybody knows what it was? all I can remember was that it was posted here on Slickdeals.net Now that I think about it... these rebates are counting on people like me who either forget to submit the rebate... or simply forgot to follow up when the rebate doesn't show up.
