May be thats a new thing (isnt that even more shadier).. Earlier they used to send the whole form back to you with some bs excuse.. I had that happen on 2 rebates, both time I had to threaten them and then only got the check

It was total BS like "offer does not exist" or something..
They had changed the online offer link printed on the card (I got the card which said get the magazine or the refund).. so they wont relent.. so a week later I tried the link again and it took me to a new offer which was $1 more.. and I called them ask them to shove it up their a$$.. they relented and sent the check

Yes.. thats the only good thing about SB that hey have free returns :-)
Otherwise, mostly their cust service is pretty crappy.. they take their own good time to PM (basically waiting so that the other site goes oos and what not)
