I purchased the Gearhead mouse as well as the Dicota CasualStyle bag with the mouse bundle. I can't get the rebate for one of them, right? Thanks.

Anyone bought the Dicota MPN: N28138P with Offer Code-7377 from TigerDirect http://www.tigerdirect.com/applic...No=1249335 ?. The bag that I receive has a UPC Code 4019863281385 but the rebate requirement UPC Code indicate 401986328138. Anyone has the same issue. I'm worried that the rebate won't work.

The CasualSmart come in a clear plastic protective bag that has a UPC on it. The UPC number on the clear plastic bag match the UPC number on the CasualSmart tags. Can I use either of the UPC? Thanks.

also, if you look at your TD invoice, the description for the 28138 is wrong as well but the mpn is right. seeing as how both TD and 4myrebate are owned by the same company, i guess they use the same system so have the same wrong info. Last edited by dpham00; 12-09-2012 at 08:34 PM.. |

anyone getting rejection emails for missing invoice even though i clearly have the invoice mailed according to the documentation thats scaned by them...

Almost all rebates that were processing at that time got the "Denied" message and then the documentation scan showed up a few days later and it was reverted back to "In Process". As long as your rebate shows "Processing" under the status when you track it, you should be fine. |

"Copy of Receipt/Invoice/Order Confirmation" Both of the Dicota rebate forms say: "Copy of Invoice" You need to log in to your TigerDirect account and go under "Order History, Invoice Copies, and Return Authorizations." Hit the "View Invoice JXXXXXX", depending on whatever your Dicota Order # was. Once the Invoice appears, hit the "Download PDF" button. Save the Invoice and then you will need to either mail it or fax it to the 4MyRebate re-submission department. I don't have that number because I've never had to re-submit anything (knock on wood). |

If you don't want to waste a stamp, then just fax it. There's several free online fax sites. I highly recommend HelloFax [hellofax.com]. If you're going to sign up for it, PM me because I get free pages for "spreading the word".
