has anyone received a confirmation email yet? I haven't and it wont let me sign in with the info I used to set up the acct.

This company is a disaster. All 4 of my orders were cancelled. They don't stand by their sale prices when too many people take advantage of them. Stay away

Has anyone actually gotten a shipping confirm or are they not honoring any of their sales prices? My order still says processing on my account page, no confirmations or anything.

I used the 15% coupon but saw the 20% after that...I sent them an email asking if they could apply the 20% one instead and received an email yesterday saying someone hacked into their system and that code is not valid so maybe if you used the 20% they aren't honoring it. They did ask if I still wanted my order because it was ready to be shipped and I just took the 15%.
But then I thought if someone 'hacked' their system they would do a much deeper discount rather than 20% so who knows. |

Ok, update!! I decided to call to find out if it was going to ship or not. Not only did it ship but it is also out for delivery today!! BTW- mine still says processing.

I just received a shipment notification to my email complete with a tracking code!
I used the 20% off code and the status online is now "complete" |

I also used the 20% off code. I also used paypal to pay but it's still pending in paypal.
I first ordered without a code because I couldn't get the 15% off to work. Then, I found the 20% off code so I ordered again using the code and called the next day to cancel the one I paid more for. They did cancel it and it even says so on the website. They sent both pairs and so far I have not been charged for either one. I will have to keep an eye on my paypal to make sure they don't charge me for 2 and send the other pair back. |
