Did an online chat with Nicole W and it went smoothly. I told her I'm looking to buy 2 pairs of Ugg's and if they price match. She checked and said yes. Asked me the size and color. Then she proceeded to ask for my information. Before providing that I told her that I have a coupon and if I could use it here. She asked if the coupon is for the public and asked for the coupon so she could check. I gave her the 20% off coupon and it is open to public. She came back a minute later and said they can match it.
I settled for the 15% + 15% code (instead of the 20% code).
The rep will state that the code needs to be publicly available to everyone (I originally said I received D20C2 in an email via newsletter/promo). So, I stated that the code was available on their publicly available Twitter page (which is also embedded within their front page). Unfortunately my rep was actually very thorough and did look through the tweets - which did reveal D15C2.
They were already unwilling to match because the color I wanted was not in stock, and neither was the size but they matched the size anyway...sooooo I figured it wasn't worth risking the extra ~$7 and went with the 15%
Nicole on first try with Nordstrom's chat got me the good 15% price and 20% match from Nordstrom (killer deal). Mentioned St. Bernard up front and they knew the drill so I didn't even have to mention the extra 20% code. Nordstrom's was $199 pre-tax and I got $108.80.
My size was never available at St. Bernard, but color/style were when I initiated chat, but only a different color/size showed when chat finally checked. They didn't mention size, but wouldn't give me my color at first. I typed sob story and started ordering other color (because I planned on exchanging at the 2 Nordstroms within 5 miles from my house), but Nicole finally said she got approval for my color.
Nordstroms and their chat did a crazy good customer service job for me today. They saved me and them the hassle of later calls / exchanges and on the first try got me the deal I was eventually going to get anyway.

Couldn't check out on St. Bernard so went to Nordstrom. My chat rep (Cherie V.) confirmed the price match but then instructed me to order it, give her the order # and then she would modify the price. By doing it this way hopefully I'll get the ShopDiscover cashback.
I just purchased a pair for my daughter through Nordstrom's price matching. The boots were going to cost me $70. I paid $47.60 w/ free shipping. I am very happy. I am almost finished shopping for my kid.

Really wanted the Tularosa but Nordstrom only has colors that are not on St. Bernard! I got Nicole so I guess they are on top of that one. Oh well, I ordered the Bailey Button Triplet for myself as if I needed it.
