How to submit Macys rebate - This is not deal

Just an FYI - check the date on your receipt. I purchased something at 12:08am on Black Friday from Macy's and the date didn't change over to 11/23 - still said 11/22! The rebate I was going to do was only good for purchases 11/23 - 11/26. I called Macy's and they said they'd either end me a $20 check (my rebate was worth $20) and I'd get it in a week or send me $35 to Macy's. I took the $35.

Not sure if this will happen at other stores, but just a heads up before you send and are not qualified.

My recceipt date says 11/23/2012 01:02 am. So i have to send the rebate . Do you have any idea do i need to submit in 1 envelope or multiple envelope.

I have same problem with the rebate. Could you please send me the number for calling customer service.

I also have the same problem with their rebate. I order 4 items online on 11/22 that had the same rebate offers. However, they only post the forms for 11/23-11/25 purchase. I could not even find any rebate form for the Bella 13769 Deep Fryer at all. After sending their a few e-mail through the link on their website and got useless responses, I called their customer service number and choose the option for placing an order. This is the only way I can talk to a human. The CSR then transferred me to internet order support. After putting me on hold for 30min, they CSR said she could not find the rebate form either but she can offer me a 10% off coupon (even worse than the e-mail response that gave me a 20% off one). I insisted to talk to her supervisor to complain about false advertising. After another 5min on hold, she said her supervisor is busy on another line, but she can do me a one time courtesy to issue me credit on the 4 items directly.

There Customer Service number is 1-800-289-6229. Make sure you choose the option for placing order first.

Just noticed that I have the same issue. Do you have a screen shot of the other rebate forms that were available online? Not the 11/23-11/25 one but the rebates that were on the product page
