Thanks, it's for a disabled person who took such great care of his Optimus that I wanted to step him up a bit.
NP, yeah I always figure the screen is one of the biggest features of any phone you buy since you look at it any time you use the phone so it better look nice to me. The SuperLCD 2 screen on the HTC One series (X, S, and V) is better than any AMOLED or IPS screen out there.

Thats real nice of you to get that gift for them Smilie

Cheers.

bought 9, hopefully it'll be an easy flip on ebay.. going to sell them slowly, not trying to dilute the market Wink

Can this run Spotify? Last week I purchased an iPod Touch 5G from Best Buy for $295 (came with $50 gift card). I'm just looking for a device to run Spotify for online and offline play and to use as a mp3 player. If this can fulfill both of those needs I'm going to return the iPod Touch ASAP (I haven't even opened it yet).

How much profit would you expect to make off each one after Ebay / Paypal fees?

It's for my adult child who loves tech, he cherishes his devices & takes great care of them. I wanted to get him the Evo but he's got other things on the holiday list he needs more.

If I remembered correctly, Spotify is generally free on desktops, however I don't think Spotify is free on mobile devices. I think you should be able to run spotify on this device.

Has anybody received a confirmation email yet? I ordered before heading to bed and I've yet to get one.

How do they determine your "account" and/or your limit of 3? I don't have an account with them and am purchasing a couple as mp3 player gifts. I placed my first order without FW cashback, so I placed a second order using a different email but everything else was the same (billing address, credit card) to get FW. That makes 4 total, even though someone said the limit was 3. My second error threw up an error the first time I hit the process button, but when I hit submit again it went through fine with confirmation number and all. I don't want to cancel my original order only to find out that they're going to ship just one of the two from my second order because I hit the 3 phone limit.

You don't get a confirmation email from VM. Save the receipt and check your status on the VM website.

Someone was pointing out that reselling this would get people into troube especially with the prepaid cell carriers going after unauthorized resellers. Not sure if its worth taking that risk.

well after you purchase the phone you need to activate it. since its never been used shouldn't be any problem with it

Personally I don't think it's going to be a big deal if you are not selling like hundreds of them. If you are doing like 10+ I think you are okay.

I got virgin overdrive pro 4g/3g hotspot last month and I am on unlimited 4g data plan (35 a month). I bought this deal and I am going to use it as a wifi device with overdrive pro and not going to activate the phone.
I don't understand why they actually show the limits on the 3G section, but they say that 4G is 'unlimited', when the fine print RIGHT below it says it's capped at 10GB of 4G per month. Weird.
