I've got my cart all loaded up, but the $20 off $100 isn't working. Neither is the $10. I wear Too Faced. After I put in the coupon code, the phrase "excluded from coupons" appears below my products. Just FYI.

Regardless, I finally splurged on Urban Decay's Naked Palette for $50 because it comes with two free gifts...plus the free sample bag...plus three free samples. Not a bad deal when all is said and done.

Right, except their coupons often leave off some items that are still excluded, like Butter London! Apparently, it's anything that's considered to be a "prestige" item (sorry, not "premium" like I originally stated), which are typically cordoned off in a separate section of the store. I.e. most nail polishes are in the same area, but Butter London nail polishes are on their own shelf elsewhere. With Cyber Monday, you have to put stuff in your cart and just play guess and check. Embarrassment

It is just useless. They should learn marketing from Sephora. I wonder which products are included in those coupons.
