I personally find it disrespectful when people are here for more than 3-4 years and refuse to speak or even learn English. I don't feel I should have to press "1" for English in my own country. When I go to Mexico, I speak Spanish the entire time I am there from the time I hit the border because it's their first language and think it's horrible that the same respect isn't shown here in the US. I could go on, but that's not what the posts were about.

When it comes to business, you adapt or you die. This isn't a personal or social issue, it's BUSINESS. And it's simply silly that the Big 3 would rather shrink up and die than adapt to the changing country.

If you have a Dollar Tree near you, they accept MQs now and I saw a few things that will be free with the Qs in the VONS The Big Fall Coupon Book posted above by beaucoupcoups.

That isn't true about Fresh & Easy expanding. They fired their entire development department and the UK parent, Tesco, has cut off virtually ALL funding. They will only be opening a couple of locations that were already fully planned out with no plans for new locations in 2013. The vultures are already circling the chain. One is Dollar General which is said not only to be looking at the unopened locations but now the entire chain. Dollar General operates Fresh & Easy sized markets as close as Las Vegas and Bakersfield, Ca, among many others. http://www.laobserved.com/biz/201...in_iss.php http://www.telegraph.co.uk/financ...he-US.html
That would be GREAT! Dollar Generals are amazing for deals! Thank you for the information.

Bear Creek Pasta ???
There is a $1 off 1 coupon in inserts this week. Has anyone ever seen it in LA? If so, where?
Is it good? If it is cheap, good for church baskets or food banking! Also, Maruchan Yakisoba .50 coupons in the inserts as well...

Also, are any of you sellers of stockpile stuff @ yardsales in the LA area?
