I got the FREE turkey, today at FE. The biggest they had was 9.8 lbs. There was a big sign outside advertising the deal.

I finally got my FREE turkey today as well. The F&E closest to me was out yesterday and advised that I call back today to see if they got any more in. They didn't. They did suggest another store and after calling them to confirm that they did have extra turkeys, I went and was able to score my FREE turkey and use an $8/$40 in the process as well as a few other misc. coupons that I had gotten in a previous email. Soooo worth calling around. And yes, the deal is good thru Thanksgiving. Woot! Smilie

Does anyone know how F&E is with returns? I bought an extra ham to supplement my small turkey, but now regret it. Do you think they will take it back? TIA!
PS I also used a 10 off 50
A year or two ago I bought several packages of coffee at F&E because they had a great deal on it. It was the worst coffee I ever tasted. I emailed them and was told I could return all of them to the store, even the opened one. I returned them to the store and was given a full refund. I remember they were really nice about it, I'm sure I used a coupon but I don't remember how that worked in the refund.

IMHO I don't think that you should return "perishables" just because you changed your mind. They don't know it it was properly refrigerated while in your hands and will probably have to trash it.

Vons has the Sara Lee pies BOGO free. Anyone knows how the price? Thanks.

Don't know but HU, Ralphs had blinkie machines with $0.75/1 Sara Lee Sweet Goods product DND (12/31/12). Found the blinkies last week on the cold cases. Pies are pictured on MQ along with their pound cake.

If I remember correctly, they range from 5.99-8.99. Not too cheap.
Costco and Sam's Club offer better pies at a better price even it higher. Quality better than Sara Lee.

Has anyone received a 2.00 coupon from CVS lately for finding an expired food item? It has been a while since I've gotten one but yesterday I found 3 jars of waaaaay expired olives on the shelf. Gave them to the cashier and he said (after checking with the mgr) that they are no longer giving out the 2.00 coupons. Just curious if they are no longer required to do this....

The settlement only covers expired infant formula, baby food, dairy products, eggs, and OTC medications (including vitamins and dietary supplements).
