How can I spend $.71 on a Visa prepaid card?

So I got a rebate visa card in the mail the other day, and I was intending to use it for gas, however, I made a stop at USPS and paid for some postage, which left me with some odd number balance. After that, I went to the gas station, and got some gas, but since they run the card as "credit" it only takes whole dollars. After getting some gas, the remaining balance on my visa card is .71, I really shouldn't have paid for the postage with the card. What on earth can I buy for .71 including tax other than like gum or something? I'd throw away the card, but that's wasting 71 cents haha (:

Then pump 71 cents worth of gas. I've found that some of the major gas stations let you do this with gift cards without the need to prepay inside the store. Then again, I've always wondered what happens if I go over the limit on the prepaid card this way..

This won't work. Once you swipe your card it will put between a $80 and $150 hold on the card, which on your card will be rejected.

Your best bet is to pay utility, cell phone or other bills that allow partial payments.

Damn, I got my hopes up for a second, my bills don't allow me to do that, so it's back to the drawing board. A USPS stamped envelope is .56, I really can't think of more things under a dollar. Maybe one of those vending machines that have card readers.

You sure? Most, if not all of my utility bills (cable bills, water/sewer, garbage, cell phone, gas, etc) allow partial payment and that is in the city I was just in and the new one, just go in and do a 1-time payment.
