This seems like a hot deal. Why is there no interest?

Because there's a cheaper comparable deal at Best Buy (for $80 less), plus you get a $25 gift card if you choose in-store pick-up rather than having it shipped.

it is the same laptop for same price as Tiger Direct had it (got one then, the newly redesigned 15R) with same memory and hard drive. This is an excellent price.

Fail...not the same specs

Twice the hard drive space and RAM more than makes up for the price difference.

The one from BESTBUY is an older model, cheaper plastics/chassis, does not have 4 USBs 3.0 , does not have 4.0 Bluetooth, does not have HD 1.0 Mp webcam., has half the memory and half the hard drive.
Micro center and Amazon also carry this older model as well.

I'm waiting on Newegg. Other issue is that these are a nightmare to change components on (namely the HD).
If I have to pick up something from this generation, I'll wait until after CES during the next inventory clear out

Check out the pictures for BB and the one at DELL , different chassis. I think the BB is from 2011 and they put a 3rd gen processor ( normally it should have a second gen). The one from DELL is the new 2012 model.
