lame. was hoping adoramacamera would include the case cover and screen protector again.

dont feel bad. I bought 8gb one for 229 6 weeks ago. Would have waited if I knew prices are gonna crash like this. But then I have been enjoying my nexus for six weeks.

So let me guess this straight, iPad looks nicer more apps, Nexus has lots of apps (easier to hack), kindle syncs very nicely with cloud, and surface is like a tablet computer? Just want to know why people choose what, apart from the articles I read.

Not a single deal on the 16GB , in fact I haven't run across anyone selling it at MSRP $200 with no tax and free shipping. Newegg had the 16GB and 32GB for the same price O.o

For me it comes down to what I am used to. I use an Android phone and had the nexus 7 before but had to return it because of a hardware defect. Even though ipad is supposed to be more user friendly, I am just not used to it, so it frustrates me because I don't know all the in and outs. True, android is more hacker friendly/customizable, but I am happy with a pure android experience without oem overlays.
Surface? I have zero faith that MS are serious about RT or windows on ARM, so not willing to go there. and x86 CPUs that can compete with ARM on power efficiency have yet to come out. So maybe next gen.
