Thinking about getting this for my 8yo for Xmas but wondering if I really need the 32GB or for almost $100 less should just get her the 8GB? I think the 8mb would be fine for the games (Angry Birds Star Wars, etc) but worried about if she wants to put any movies on it?

is the 1GB of RAM a dealbreaker for anyone? it really seems like a waste with the quad-core processor. how much speed do you really need when you can't multitask a whole lot?

Hmm .. 7" without 3G. I have a mini with 4G and having LTE on the go is very very convenient. Really brings out the value in having the device.
