Somehow did not work with my amex card, even though I see a pending charge there. However visa cc worked just fine. May be they blacklist my amex cc as I having using it for SIM cards several times in the past. SD effect !!

Sigh, I wasn't able to purchase a hotspot the other day. I was able to purchase to regular SIMs. Now it won't let me buy two Micro ones. (I'm not sure which I need since I haven't settled on phones yet.)

VERY frustrating. Stupid survey thing popped up. Maybe my complaining to it will get them to fix their web site...but probably not.

Took me twenty minutes at processing with a clean browser to get a order confirmation.

After checking out and waiting abut 10 mins for it to finish. I get this:

I hope TMO clears their online blacklist once in awhile. I haven't ordered online from them in a couple of years, because of it. Even though I have pumped $$$ of business through them. Talk about paranoid, lol

Doesn't always give me errors, but this morning it sure is. Tried a couple of different cards with no go - one of them a card I used the last time for free SIMs with no problem. Maybe it's just that time of the month for T-mo.com.

Same here but just reloaded that page without entering anything and it went through.
