Microsoft Windows 8 OEM Full - $70 +FS
Windows 8 OEM - $70 + FS - Fry's Elctronics
OEM basically means that it's not customer-supported by Microsoft. It can't be used to upgrade. It's usually a copy that was intended for use by Dell, HP, etc.
I've heard a lot of people on the interweb claiming Win8 is another Vista, or the UI is pointless for desktops, etc, but when it comes down to it, Win 8 is based on Win 7, so it's going to run pretty similarly. Also, it's a lot cheaper than Win 7. I've heard from two people who have actually used it and they both prefer it over 7.
