Las Vegas Cyber Monday Hotel Compilation, starting at $10.48
After searching Slickdeals regarding Cyber Monday Las Vegas hotel deals to no avail, I decided to do some research. Turns out there are some pretty sweet deals.
The largest Cyber Monday deal I could find was at Total Rewards [totalrewards.com], which manages The Quad (formerly Imperial Palace), Bally's, Flamingo, Paris, Caesars Palace, Planet Hollywood, Harrah's, and Rio in Las Vegas. They also have properties in Atlantic City, Reno, Tahoe, etc.
code: CYBER12
It was at The Quad that I found my cheapest room: Classic - $13.39/night, taxes and fees included !! This was for Mon, Dec 3, 2012. I suspect weekend rates might be higher (don't know, you'll have to check) but Mon-Thu, possibly Sun could have some low rates too. Please update wiki below so we can crowdsource the prices (example in wiki).
UPDATE: if you sign up for Total Rewards [totalrewards.com] (free), THEN check out their rates, it's even lower !! I was able to get a deluxe room for $10.48 (before TR, it was $13.39 for a classic room).

Besides the hotels listed above, here are some others.
I only searched for Dec 3, 2012.
BoydGaming Cyber Monday Las Vegas Sale [boydgaming.com] - they run The Orleans, Gold Coast, Suncoast, Sam's Town, California Hotel, Fremont Hotel, and Main Street Casino Brewery. From what I could tell, they charge resort fees.
via hotels.com [hotels.com] 4 day sale
Hooters - $17.84/night
Plaza Hotel - $$22.84/night
more at website
via Travelocity [boardingarea.com] Cyber Monday deals
Gold Coast - $28.03/night
El Cortez - $28.29/night
more at website
Hard Rock [hardrockhotel.com] is supposed to have their sale up by 5a, but the website still says " Oops - you're too early! Be sure to come back Monday at 5:00am PST to get your exclusive Cyber Monday deals!" as of the time of this posting (~6:00am PST)
For the ritzier crowd, The Cosmopolitan [cosmopolitanlasvegas.com] is having their Cyber Monday deals every 2 hours starting at 8am. From what I can tell, the first deal is b2g1 night free (will update later).
Monte Carlo [mgmmirage.com]
Palms Cyber Monday [palms.com]
Mandalay Bay Cyber Monday - 25% Off [mgmmirage.com] - OR - Free Upgrade [mgmmirage.com]
Mirage [mgmmirage.com]
Southwest [southwest.com] is on board cyber monday hotel deals too!
LVH Groupon deal [groupon.com]. $79 for 2 nights.
Lots of info found from LVD [lasvegasdealsdeals.com].
I'm sure there are plenty more, but this is what I could find for Las Vegas Cyber Monday hotels 2012.
