i don't use brackets cages trays fans for ssd and they never get hot or warm.

I bought this a few months ago. Needed it to house (2) 2.5'' hdds, one a WD Scorpio Black and the other a 1TB drive that was 11mm or 12mm. Holds both well, even with the thicker hdd the space between both is fine. Temps are never above 30C.

Anyone have experience with the Antec 900 first gen? I keep reading that most of theses wont fit it.
My ssd is taped to the side of the case, but all my cables keep getting in the way. 2012: Lots of Campaigns so far

lol this is so silly--but thumbs up just for the lol.
I actually cancelled a Samsung 830 order for the Intel 330 since the Intel came with a mounting bracket. Wish I woulda seen this. |

People! The fan is NOT for cooling your SSD, it's to give your SSD back that familiar spinning sound. It's like taking off mufflers and adding flame decals.

I guess you could use it for 2.5" HDDs you've been salvaging and putting into a desktop.
