Awesome! I had put through an order for a different laptop earlier this morning, but I called Lenovo customer support and asked them to update my order to reflect the B&N discount.

I also placed an order 2 days back in lenovo. Do you really have to be a teacher, student or staff to get this $30 discount.. Did they ask for an .edu ID to apply the discount

They didn't ask for any verification, I just stated that I was a B&N gold member and that it showed a cheaper price than what I paid. Follow the OP's link and set up an account, they might ask for your username. And for all of this, YMMV, especially when your order was two days ago. |

Hard to decide between this and the Vizio CN15-A5 on Amazon.
