Seems to me they are getting screwed by paypal and went to this new points system. |

At this time we do not have an exact time period of when to expect the Paypal but they are working hard at getting it set up. We realize the cheque can be an inconvenience and we truly apologize. I'd say that at the very least if more people inquire and question how this is more flexible and explain why it's not they might be motivated to set it up quicker. For now I'll just let it build up and hope PayPal comes sooner then later. |

Man, I'm just lovin this since the move to points. Surveys are flying in left and right, NOT!
I used to average at least one a week with up to four a week at any given time. Since the changeover to points I've had one survey and that was almost one month ago. Oh well. |

Something is so odd. The FAQ on the site shows Welcome to the Point Plus Cash Incentive program! And then scrolling down to payments For panelists who receive payment by PayPal, the funds will be deposited to your PayPal account and yet I was told no PayPal (yet) with this new point system. And of course the notification of points email is still odd in my mind This email is sent on behalf of BI WORLDWIDE Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 01445905 whose registered office is at 1 Vantage Court, Tickford Street, Newport Pagnell, MK16 9EZ. Last I looked I lived in the United States so why is anything coming from the UK (along with the support email I received as well)? Hopefully this email address Scott@pineconeresearch.com will get to Karen because I fired off a few questions. Edited to add: Okay, I see things have changed since I last logged into my account. On the cash option it now says If your previous payments went to PayPal, this will be sent to your PayPal account. And big props to Karen as she answers very fast.
