Same here. Getting $3 to PayPal for I think two years now.

Since they switched over to this points mess I hadn't received any surveys until today. Did it and remembering the points garbage I logged into the site to have a look at the options. Not sure how long it takes to show credit for doing a survey but currently shows zero points.

So look for cash option and it's under featured awards.

Oh goodie. Started out getting checks, changed to PayPal when I was able to do that and now back to checks.

I did contact them about PayPal and did get a quick reply.

There is the option to redeem your points for cash. To do so, please click on the 'Featured Awards' Tab on the left hand side of the page. Please then click on the cash option and from there you are able to place an order for the amount you would like. Once your order is placed, it will be processed in 1 – 3 business days.

A check will be mailed to the address you entered during check-out. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for delivery once the order has shipped.

So my question is how is this supposed to be a more flexible option for payment? We are pleased to announce the launch of a new incentive plan to provide additional flexibility for your payment redemption.

Points didn't credit for me until I got an email about 24 hours later (longer over the weekend), then points were there.

Like you, I started with $3 checks for each survey (pain taking to bank), happy to switch to paypal, and now we are back to checks in the mail. Merchandize is crap and no gift cards at all. I will probably let my survey points build for a few surveys before cashing out as I don't want a lot of $3 checks and how is that saving them money, having to mail out little checks? Did anyone find any merchandize that looks any good for the points/money value?

There isn't any (currently).

They say their working on it but do not have an exact time period of when to expect the Paypal but they are working hard at getting it set up.

Really wish they had left things alone as it was perfectly fine the way it was before.

I was getting the $3 paypal until I got the email about being switched to the new system.

I've done (2) $3 surveys and got emails the next day that the points (300 worth $3) were in my account. I needed to go to their website http://www.pineconeresearch.com/ and scroll down to redeem my points and both surveys are now in there. I can pick the cashout option under Featured Awards, then cash out.

Try logging in and doing above and see if your points/money are there.

Points? I am still getting PayPal, and getting surveys at the same frequency as always (4-5 a month). PayPay payments have actually been as soon as next day recently too.
