[target.com] I tried it on the Marathon 70-G3 and got the message "the items in your cart do not yet meet the minimum requirements for the promotion you entered."

yea looks like they added the 10% from the sale to equal the 35% off original price.

Could a mod please update title to state that. The car seat protector mat is a Britax promotion a few stores are running right now. Amazon has the Frontier line on sale right now, if you live in CA, check out www.albeebaby.com. I've purchased car seats there before with no problems and just ordered the Frontier 85.
