I bought one of these thinking I would fix my car, it gave me code and I googled it and code points to a million things. Ended up just using it to turn off check engine light.

Not a bad price considering the bluetooth ones you use for smartphones are usually around $10 - $15
|

I have that model, works well. Best used to reset your check engine light when your gas cap comes loose.

 After that I got a bluetooth one and can read the code ahead of time.
