If I have any problem with the product and they don't respond, I'll call my CC company and get the money refunded, they will get hit with a $35 chargeback fee, and I'll keep their defective product unless they contact me.

All I got was an email with a shipment notification that shows that a shipping label has been created. The company seems pretty shady after reading all of their reviews and the fact that they process emails in order of oldest first to avoid responding to new emails (such as cancel orders or defective shipments) in a timely fashion. Got an update. I was given a tracking number (UPS) today, but of course it is listed as shipping to my billing address which does me no good. (I need the TV as a gift 600 miles away and do not want to pay a carry on fee)

I am disputing the charge with Discover now
