Can anybody compare this to jack3d or whiteflood? Currently using WF but its so-so, wanted to try jack3d next.

Creatine is essentially useless. I felt the best with out it. Staples fo rme if I use supplements are
Glutamine or Amino Acid complexes, Ribose(some times), P-LCAR, Arginine, testosterone support(Stoked), Protein, GABA The products that have a bunch of stuff in them are usually under-dosed. If you need a few scoops of a pre-WO it's useless. You need a break from stims and need to let the other ingredients do their job that you don't necessarily "feel." I used to use too many things and it's all marketing. Basics, good food and mental intensity in the gym and you're good to go. |

If nothing else, use what you please of course. What works for me may not work for you. I would tell anyone to not rely on anything. If it gives you a mental bump to break a plateau, good. I've been active long enough and have a biology background so I can get past the bro-science and advertising a bit easier than some. |

For me this was garbage compared to Jack3d and some other Pre workouts I have taken. Like others I had to load up the scoops to get anything out of it. Then after 2-3 times using it I got nothing. Taste was ok. Jack3d worked every time with recommended doses. |

so any gym / workout connoisseur like slycat etc recommend this stuff?. or just stick with pounding down a couple of candy bars for the sugar high instead?.
