OOS/Dead for now..Sodastream Jet Stream +12ct Holiday sampler pk $39.97 FS

Roommate called, mine arrived today. In NYC.

Never got a tracking number or anything so add me to that list but happy its finally arrived. Will check out the bottle situation when I get home but I'll probably be calling CS tomorrow to have them send me the additional bottle.

Well, mine is at the Harrisburg UPS station. I bet it is missing a bottle.

i have called CS and they dont give a damn and they want another 43 bucks meanwhile the sodastream left colorado today should be here friday

Exactly. That falls under "legitimate complaint." Now Steve, how would you like it if you couldn't get a call through to CS or they didn't respond to your email about not getting your complete order because they have hundreds or thousands of people tying up the CS reps asking where their machine is at because it's day 4? You wouldn't be happy about that at all. Sure, it's easy to blame the company unless you KNOW people on the forum you frequent are the people responsible for tying up those lines.

Got 1 out of my 2 orders today, didn't come with extra bottle also. Got two Sodamix Variety 12 pack. I assume one of them is a substitute for the MyFlavor Water Essence Variety 3 Pack. I guess I'll call tomorrow.

Just got my order for the Pearl Genesis. No extra extra bottle and no water variety pack. So I called customer service about the missing bottle and she said I would have to wait another 7-10 business days for them to ship out the bottle. She said it would probably be right before Christmas when I got it. I explained that I ordered this on the 26th and I understand that they were backlogged, but that I need to get this wrap it and and mail it out to my family before Christmas since I am not going to be home for Christmas. I said that since I had waited patiently for this item that I think it would be appropriate if they sped up the shipping on the extra bottle. She said she would see what she can do. So basically, I can go pound some sand.

I didn't mind waiting for the original machine, but I think it is unacceptable for those of us that did not receive complete orders to have to wait another 7-10 business days for them to ship the rest of the order. I will give it until early next week and then I will call to see if it has shipped out. If it hasn't, I think I might call my credit card company.

i have tried seems like they arent going to budge at all ordering another right now from a different site should come out to 30 bucks after rebates and coupons etc it also includes 2 extra bottles

used the sync american express 10 dollars credit at hsn
also used the 20 off 40 code 128306 for being a new hsn customer
plus the current 20 dollar sodastream rebate and i called 3 times hsn is a authorized online retailer
so lets see what happens! better then another 43 bucks to sodastream!!

Just spoke with CSR Agent Rachel:

She told me that all order placed on Cyber Monday have been shipped out but there's no tracking information available until tomorrow. Hopefully they keep their word.

Also as well, they haven't charged my CC yet...

That's interesting. I would bet most orders were shipped on the 8th and those that don't arrive tomorrow will arrive on Friday - making the tracking useless.

If one (or both) of those were the Genesis, then yes, you're missing a sampler pack or two.
