Just got off the phone the lady tried to explain that differences I listed were not material and that my option if I was unsatisfied was simply to return the suit case.

Mine's due to arrive tomorrow. If they sent me the lighter one, I guess I'll go into a retail location and have them make it right. It's harder to say no to a frustrated customer's face than it is on the phone.

I would NOT go to a store location to attempt a return

I tried to go to a B&M location just this evening to see if they would do a return (as they indicated they would be able to do via my customer service phone discussion with them).

The B&M location couldn't look up my transaction, order-#, phone-#, address, etc. They were very nice, just completely useless. They literally could do absolutely nothing for me. They couldn't even process it as if I had lost the receipt (credit to a gift card).

Thankfully they have free pre-paid returns--it's just irritating that the phone people and store people aren't very helpful, and the website has the wrong item pictured and described.

so there is no option besides just getting a refund? I would just like the correct bag, I saw online they are also selling a 20x version, think we could switch to that one?

Based on my lengthy discussion with their phone customer service (who are very difficult to actually reach) I am not confident that they have the correct bag anywhere in their inventory. It seems to me that the only resolution is to get a refund.

I hope you guys can get the bag that was pictured/described, because that's an awesome deal. I have a feeling it will be an enormous waste of time. It's not like these guys specialize in luggage where they can "make it right" for a few key customers who call to make a stink.

I'm giving up though, these guys are just too incompetent.

Yeah I had the same experience. Got the NXT 5.0 instead (also says on the box "Mobilizer 21 LT"). I called customer service and they said the website had a typo and the listing was supposed to depict the model I received.

I asked if they have the Mobilizer 20 expandable (the one on the site) and they said they don't even have that model--so there's nothing they can do. Either live with it (still a good deal) or return it to a store for a full refund.

i finally opened the box today, and I am trying to figure out if i should keep the wrong one which NXT5.0 or just simply return it. I would love to have the correct one, though.

Anybody has any luck on getting the right one?
