Is this an authorized reseller? I don't want to be stuck with a warranty-less camera.

on the "returns" section, it says it requires a "unregistered warranty card" to be able to return it, so it sounds like it certainly comes with one.

Why don't you call and ask if its a grey market!?

You can buy a 3 year warranty from Squaretrade. Only cost about 100$ more but sure you have a warranty, no worry. It said U.S warranty on the description but not so sure about it.

Damn I'm so confused. I really wanted the T4i but now I have the T3i refurbished headed my way from Canon and then when the B&H deal came out for the T3i bundle I decided I'd go for that and return the refurbished to Canon. I was not as lucky as others because both deals charged tax in my state. Now I'm considering returning both of them and getting this one. The mack extended warranty is only 39.95. I have to make up my mind and stop looking at these deals or not get anything. LOL.
