Newegg specs show 720p screen resolution, not full HD. Dang, I thought maybe this was a steal. I'll stick with the Ainol Crystal I just ordered for $125 shipped.

Aren't those only 7"?

I don't have experience with this particular one but I own 3 "china" tablets (including Ainol Fire) as well as a Touchpad running android. My experience is that the screen is the worst thing on these cheaper tablets. It's very annoying to have such a limited viewing angle. Also, it takes a lot of research and work to get them running the market usually. A lot of mention about watching movies but this doesn't support Netflix as per a review. I don't suggest them. There is definitely more support behind the Ainol tablets so if anything give those a shot.

Got one for $120+tax in Sears as a BF doorbuster. Much better deal than 7" chinatabs.. The IPS screen is indeed from iPad 2 and is very good. Processor is adequate, graphics accelerator is strong. They are Allwinner A10+Mali, which makes the hardware highly compatible with applications and games. WiFi card has good range. Only one speaker on the side, stereo via headphone jack. Takes up to 64 gb microSD. There is a solution how to root it and how to side load Google play market. Since the importer, www.machspeed.com, does not know ANYTHING about this one-time batch of merchandise, the users are re-flashing it to become Momo11 Bird, a much better supported tablet.

On Sears.com this and many other tablets come today with a free 8 GB microSD card, Sears item #00395227000P, if added to the same shopping bag, see the side panel on the tablet page. Since the card is now sold out from sears.com and automatically switches to Sears Marketplace, it is not discounted to $0 any longer. I was able to call CSR after the fact and adjust the price to compensate for the lost value of the card ($9.85 in the eyes of Sears, which is a bit steep for Class 2). I told them that I tried to add the card and then discarded it, since it was showing full price int he shopping bag.

I went through ShopDiscover to get 10% back at Sears. If it works, this is an awesome deal! The reason it might not work is I also had to call customer service to receive credit for the marketplace SD card (SanDisk, not PNY, item 00395227000P).

If Discover thinks I cancelled part of my order, they could cancel the cashback. In that case, I wish I had foregone the card, and received cashback on the $107. Regardless, it's a slick deal!

After this you start researching Momo11 Bird (do not confuse with previous Momo11, which has a Rockchip processor). This version has AllWinner A10 processor, Mali graphic accelerator, micro-HDMI out and USB host for mice, keyboards and such.

Momo11 Bird is well supported by the manufacturer and the community of enthusiasts. They re-flash it with different versions of firmware, including English-oriented, using all their spare time on this and characterize it as "unbrickable". In contrast, the importer of Trio Stealth version of this body has not yet made a decision whether they will support the model. For now, the model is not mentioned on their web site www.machspeed.com.

Myself, I would stay for a couple of weeks with original Trio avatar and see if any support emerges. If not, I will reflash it into Momo. To be acceptable to Google Play, the tablet is mimicked as Samsung Galaxy S II.

I got the Polaroid tab from big lots. Its an allwinner based system as well. Netflix runs on it, but only the 1.6 or 1.7 version of the app.

I would not count netflix out till you tried each version.
