OR & WA residents - Free Energy Saver Kit from Energy Trust of Oregon

This appears to be applicable for Oregon and Washington households who are customers of one of the following: Portland General Electric, Pacific Power, NW Natural & Cascade Natural Gas.

First put in your address to see if you qualify; if you do, you'll be asked to provide shipping and contact info and complete a survey about energy usage in your home.

I found for the light bulbs at least, for those that currently do NOT have CFL light bulbs, my pack will include 2. For those items that I said "SOME" have CFL, my pack has 1. I assume if you say "All", that you would get none of those.

After that, you'll be given a chance to opt out of any of the items, or request less quantity (but not more) of each thing before finalizing the kit order.

Customized for your home, the kit may include:
