This is true. Amazon Warehouse is a joke. They send out a lot of defective items. I would stay away.

same, i rather pay an extra $43 @ tiger direct and get a brand new one shipped to my door without having to pay tax(CA) but i guess some of us dont mind it being used whatever

I generally buy the majority of my items from Warehousedeals. The only thing that's ever been DoA was a crappy little sandisk MP3 player. They don't have a flawless track record but what you're saying just isnt true.

It's actually $93, slower shipping speeds and I believe amazon has a better return policy.

it was $450.. im sure that price will come up more often. but like i said some of us like used things =D

1yr warranty from SquareTrade is $44.99 since this is not coverred by the original manufacturer's warranty.

Having the option of Micro SD is nice, but Flash memory beats Micro SD hands down every time. So if I can get more onboard storage, in addition to Micro SD, for a lesser price. It's clearly a win win.

It is covered. They said used items aren't typically covered.

Amazon is an Authorized Dealer of Samsung products. I've had no trouble getting them to Honor any warranties on items i've gotten from Warehousedeals.

I just bought a LIKE NEW while Note 10.1 from Amazon Warehouse Deals. I got the package tonight. When I opened package, I was shocked to know the condition is NOT like new at all. The outer box is very dirty and broken. The tablet itself is dirty and has been used for a while. I cannot believe how Amazon cheat its customers in this way. If I would list this item at eBay for sale, I can only list it as Good condition. I will return it tomorrow.

I am very disappointed at Amazon now although it is still my priority store.
