70% off many Craftsman tool sets at Sears Outlet [searsoutlet.com]

Shipping varies by the set, shipping averaging $7.95-$9.95 for the sets I ordered using shop your way rewards. I found most sets still come out to over 60% off after shipping and are the lowest price I've seen on Slickdeals.

520 PC Mechanics Tool Set 389.99 [searsoutlet.com]
309 PC Mechanics Tool Set 239.99 [searsoutlet.com]
Craftsman 338 PC Mechanics Tool Set 119.99 [searsoutlet.com]
154 PC Mechanics Tool Set w/Case 44.99 [searsoutlet.com]
Craftsman 65 PC Socket Wrench Set 37.49 [searsoutlet.com]
Craftsman 50 PC Socket Wrench Set 30.59 [searsoutlet.com]
Craftsman 65 PC Mechanics Tool Set w/Case 29.99 [searsoutlet.com]

Lots of other wrench sets and tools at 70% off. [searsoutlet.com]

Some sets have limited availability and will sell out FAST, others have enough availability that this deal should be live for a while. Don't shoot the messenger when things go out of stock, I didn't make the deal, I just shared it with you all

*Update 11/27: They have lowered the discount from 70% to 60% off. Still a low price, but not as hot as it was last night.
*Update 11/29: The discount is back up to 70%, although many items are now only available for store pickup in select locations.

OOS on the 154 piece, I tried multiple times to check out. The 16~ ish piece wasn't up for shipping, otherwise I would have sprung for that one.

I hate the fact that Sears puts in so many damn allen wrenches to puff up the piece set.

Lol it shows the closest store as 700 mi away, doesn't seem to be a filter on the distance.

I was putting an order together, web site went unavailable and they jacked the prices. Dead deal but nice when it was working...

All of these sets are now showing at 60% off NOT 70% off.

Definitely not as slick, but more stock has been added to some sets, so some items that were pickup only are now shippable.

OP I think you mean they raised (not lowered) the prices to 60% off. In response to:

"*Update 11/27: They have lowered the prices to 60% off. Still a low price, but not as hot as it was last night."

Sorry for the nooby questions: Are these the American made Craftsman tools? I'm asking because they're more expensive than other craftsman counterparts. How do you check? The model numbers on these items seem to be specific for the Sears Outlet store. Also if I would ever need to use the warranty how will I know I'm getting the same replacement one and not a cheaper version?

I'm looking for a metric wrench set and torque wrench to perform maintenance on my car.
10 pc Wrench Set $27.99 [searsoutlet.com]

1/2" Torque Wrench 25-250 ft/lb 47.99 [searsoutlet.com]

For the wrench set, it is Craftsman Industrial, stamped on. Made in USA. You can find it here [craftsman.com]. If you will use the warranty, Sears stores probably won't have it in stock. They might try to give you a similar Craftsman with different part number. I have replaced a Craftsman Industrial ratchet at store. They didn't have it in stock. The guy didn't even know they have Craftsman Industrial brand. He gave me a Chinese made Craftsman and I refused. After he talked to the manger, he offered me a premium grade ratchet or shipping me a replacement. I took the premium grade. Or you could go to some industrial distributors like Grainger.

Items are nice, but even though I have a ShopYourWay rewards membership, and points to apply to an order, the Outlet system appears to be separate from Sears, and won't apply my points, and charges shipping, even though there are ShopYourWay rewards banners all over the page, and links to check points totals, etc! Tiresome- every order I place with sears in the last year has had some trouble of some sort. Messed up promo pricing, etc. I placed an online order for pickup on black friday's sale, and 30 min. later the order was cancelled, even though the site showed 7 in stock. I drove by the store (out that day anyway), and low and behold, all 7 were on display! I asked a manager about the pricing (which was much higher on the sales shelf tag) and she pulled it up in the computer... it showed the online sales price. Hmmm... then she said "oh, maybe your order is the one from this morning on this item? We couldn't find it, and it was so busy today, so we cancelled it. Sorry about that." !!!!!!!! It took me all of 3 minutes to find, even with a 40 person line near the register, etc. Amazing this company is still in business. Sad to see such a long time brand go down the tubes.

As of right now, these sets are back up to 70% off!

Most of the good sets are store pickup only, but some sets are still able to ship...
82 Piece Set [searsoutlet.com] shows 57 available
14 piece wrench sets still show shipping availableStandard shows 68 [searsoutlet.com] metric has 77
1/2" 17 piece socket set shows 74 available [searsoutlet.com] and comes with a very heavy duty breaker bar
Craftsman
18V Cordless 12" Line Trimmer [searsoutlet.com] Only has 7 available but currently showing shipping as an option for me

Should have posted this on Black Friday / Cyber Monday when everything was that 70% off, plus an additional 25% off.

Still some ok deals, but tax + shipping with no additional discounts isn't as slick.
