The purchase appears to have gone through however no confirmation email or new groupon in my account. Are people who got in on the first one not able to purchase this one?

I believe you get it back as a TRU store credit. If you buy multiple items, the groupon is applied evenly to the items, so check your receipt and it will show you how much you will get back if you return individual items.

I've already marked my last groupon as redeemed, but the fine print usually knocks out diapers, strollers, etc.

Can anyone with the groupon still listed in their account check the fine print?
