Kevin, you are right. I eat a lot of beef jerky, and I can't do anything if there is no nutritional content? Is this even FDA approved safe? The least they can do.

I was going to ask the same thing... How good are these?

I am guessing it is these http://www.amazon.com/Jack-Links-...B001SIY6LC but just the leftover end pieces that are cut off during production so each stick they package and sell can be the same length.

I am thinking of ordering these. 6lbs is a lot for $25. Works out to be a little over a quarter an ounce.

These bad boys are ready to eat out of the bag. They are very tender and have great flavor, in my opinion, if they are indeed Jack Link's.
