yeah i asked about it last year and the person pretty much yelled at me that they don't have to do it (location off adams on clinton in the loop)

Why would I waste my time to report it to corporate? Will Subway send me boat load of free subs coupons for each one I report? I have nothing against Subway and the owners which are Indian decent I have nothing against them except that most Subway promotions most of the Indian decent owners will not do the promo. No, you probably won't get a boat load of coupons, but I'm sure they will take care of you somehow. Also, reporting them helps make sure they participate in such promotions in the future.

Are you sure you aren't mistaken? I mean special Subways at airports, schools, and UCLA Poly Pavilion probably don't have to participate. I've never seen any deals at these locations.

I'm actually not too familiar with those types of locations, so I can not speak to them.

I go to multiple Subways where the owners are of "Indian" decent and have never had been questioned about a promotion. But then again, I'm not white so I'm cool with them.

What do you even do to report to corporate, just email them and say "these locations aren't doing the $2 sub promo or are adding on other things to it?"

Subway Clerk (sub-maker, cashier)... such a multi-tasker. Heh. JK.: We don't have that here...
I say: Oh okay. Good luck with that. I then go to Dominick's and buy me a 18" french bread, the real kind of meat, and vegetables and make my own subs my way. I'm spending more, however I get the satisfaction of making it myself. And if I feel adventurous, I'll toast the sub.
