I don't see any speed ratings on that. The last time I bought a USB 3.0 stick from Newegg on a sale it got 8MB write and 55MB read. I'm looking for a good one with 30MB+ write speed.

PQI is a good brand, but I wouldn't buy a USB stick without the speeds stated, or at least some decent reviews.

See 2 versions of U822V? One is speedy other is not. Here ya go, both of them compared http://www.pqigroup.com/prod_comp...cp=518,417 Still a great deal considering that 18.5Mb/s is roughly a GB/min probably less with overhead etc but not too terrible. Read speed is more important than write unless you're constantly swapping large files.
I bought b/c of the price and b/c corsair usb 3.0s are JUNK. I've never had a problem with PQI stuff before. Last edited by badmonopoly; 11-27-2012 at 03:18 PM.. |
