As I said someone might get lucky and convince some store employee give 3 of them So yeah - UPC is probably for one of the figures and that is probably what I got.(I am not happy that I already threw the package away - I would be able to confirm.).

Yeah I wanted to buy one, and it also gave me a good reason to go to Toys'r'us and look at other exclusive figures from NECA.

These might have a resale value internationally - but doubt they will be in limited quantity in the U.S like some of their other products.

Agreed! Just like with the Wii U consoles people are having to return because they aren't selling like they thought

Everyone selling this on ebay for $80, too bad none available around me otherwise I would've bought 10.

I placed an order for 3 of the 3 packs last night after 11 pm central.
Just got a message left on the answering machine from TRU asking which three figures I would like and to give them a call back.

I am going to call them back and ask for the figures that were normally priced at $69.99 and are now marked down to $16.99.

Available to ship again.

Any one pick up their orders yet?

OK, starting to get pissed. TRU store phone has been busy since I last posted.
I have been also searching the web, and found a forum that is stating that these orders are for ONE SINGLE FIGURE, and not the set, as pictorially advertised (and equally list priced to imply) on the Toys R Us website.

Now, my question is, if TRU knew that they had problems then (11/20/2012) with a smaller amount of people ordering and expecting 3 figures per order, why would they not have changed, notified, or altered their website to reflect that this is for a single (imaginary list price of $70 retail) action figure, before it hit a national "deals" website (Slickdeals)?

In the time it has taken me to write this, I have yet to get ahold of the local TRU about my order.

How do you get burned? It's called cancel order.

Deal is for one figure. Just put these out on the shelf this morning
