FREE Honeywell Smart Thermostat for CPS Energy (San Antonio, TX) customers
Was browsing through list of programmable thermostat incentives via recent Nest Learning Thermostat deal:

and found this (appears to be a Honeywell RTH8580WF, but not quite sure) for CPS Energy customers in San Antonio, TX area:

Main caveat appears to be allowing CPS Energy to potentially disable your AC system's compressors during summer "peak" times of high electricity demand, May - Sep, M - F, 3 - 7 pm, 10 min / 30 min. Full details:
